Summer isn’t all about mangoes. Indians are crazy about mangoes and with the kind of variety available in these fruits, these are just ecstatic. It won’t be wrong if I say that Indians just wait for summer so that they can have their favorite fruit. But, according to my mom and various sources, mangoes must not be consumed in excess. And the fact that you see pimples popping up all over you body once you start eating mangoes every day is a proof of that. Hey but that doesn’t mean they’re bad. They are excellent for your health, but should be consumed in the limit.

It had anti-cancer, anti-stress and antibacterial properties. It is also considered a woman’s beauty buddy as its antioxidant properties make it good for skin and even weight loss. It also helps in easy and healthy digestion.

5. Grapes

Do you know that grapes reduce the fat storing capacity of your body cells, that means they help you lose weight.  They also cleanse your blood and boost your cardiovascular health.

6. Guava

This low-calorie food is highly effective in preventing summer related diseases like a cough and diarrhea. It helps improves the functioning of your endocrine glands and is highly beneficial for thyroid glands.

7. Pineapple

This refreshing fruit is a great aid for digestion. It contributes to digest protein and fats.
